- Secondly, navigate to the “Former CVS Health and MinuteClinic Colleagues” and click the “New User?” link. (You will land on the Enter Your Personal Identification page)
- Thirdly, enter required details; the last four digits of your Social Security Number and Date of Birth.
- Now, click “Continue”

Corporate Retail and PBM individuals use their computer IDs and password. Lastly, if you’re a Health Care Business(HCB) individual, you can use your N or A ID and password.

In our case of a current CVS Health employee, here’s what to do:

- Secondly, click ” Logon”
You will land on the Enterprise Login page.
- Then, just below the log in fields, navigate to the “Having issues logging in?” section.
- Here, choose the department your work within from the three options available. In our case, let’s go with the ” Retail and Minute Clinic Colleagues” category.
- Now, click Reset Password”
You will be taken to the “Self Service Password Management” page.
- Here, click the “Reset Forgot Password” option.
- Now, enter your User Login. This number is usually dependent on the department your work within.
Important to note: Employee ID is meant for Retail&PBM employees, use Contractor ID(start with 8) if you’re a retail or PBM contractor or Aetna user. Moreover, use the Hospital ID if you’re a Hospital User.
- Here, click Next.
- Lastly, proceed using the hints to conclude the password reset process.
